Amanda Harding - Office Manager
Amanda brings over 8 years of customer service as well as one heck of team player! She is a core part of our team, versed in all aspects of the business from cleaning in the field, to accounting in the office. Amanda is very hardworking and goes the extra mile each and every time. She has been part of our family since 2016 and continues to help us grow. If you have any questions, she has the answers!
Consuelo Smith- Lead Supervisor
Consuelo, aka Connie has worked with 3 Broads & a Broom for over 7 years. She has worked her way up to lead supervisor with her knack for details and her "can do" attitude. Her professionalism is outstanding and her communication with the teams keeps everyone on track. All of our clients love her and so do we. She serves as an illustration of a dedicated and dependable leader and is essential to our company.
Lena Ingmire- Linen Manager
Lena has worked with 3 Broads & a Broom for over 2 years. She is a Texan by choice but a hard worker by birth. She tackles all of the tough stains while managing linen for over 30 properties! This Vikings fan is an integral part of this company as her uncompromised efficiency and reliability is unmatched.

Ivey Gonzalez, Owner
Born and raised on the Island. Ivey attended O'Connell Catholic High School and graduated from Ball High School. Past employment includes G&H Towing, Moody Bank and 18 years with UTMB. Member of the Galveston Elk's Lodge #126. Ivey also oversees our linen services which is key to vacation rental success as well bids and inspections!
Jennifer Myers, Owner
Member of the Galveston County Small Business Development and the National Association of Professional Women. Born and raised in Galveston, attended Ball High School and Galveston College. Past employment includes Construction Management, Office Management, Deputy Sheriff for Galveston County, Sales & Marketing. Jennifer is always there for the client!
